The product
Who is Plinth built for?
Architecture firms that design homes and also take responsibility for building them: design-build, turnkey, or design plus project management consultancy. It suits teams of 3 to about 60 people running several residential sites at once.
Does it replace AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp?
No. You keep designing in your usual tools. Plinth manages issuing drawings, approvals, estimates, procurement and site execution. Upload PDF and DWG exports and they're viewable on any device.
Can I use only some modules?
Yes. Many firms start with the drawing register and site progress, then add BOQ, procurement and billing once the team is comfortable.
Does it work for commercial or interior projects?
The platform is designed around residential projects, but firms also use it for small commercial buildings and interior fit-outs. We'll tell you honestly in the demo whether it suits your mix of work.

What happens in the free demo?
A 30-minute video call. We learn how your projects run today, show Plinth on a sample villa project, and outline what a pilot could look like for your firm.
Who from my firm should join?
Ideally a principal or partner and whoever manages projects or site execution. That way both the design and delivery sides see what changes for them.
Is there any obligation after the demo?
None. If it looks like a fit, we'll propose a two-week pilot on one of your live projects. If not, we'll say so.
Pricing
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on your team size and how many live projects you run. Plans are billed monthly or annually per firm. We share exact pricing after the demo.
Do clients and vendors need paid accounts?
No. Homeowner access to the client portal is included in every plan at no extra cost.
Is the pilot free?

How do I get help?

Do you train our site engineers?
Yes. We run short sessions for studio staff, site engineers and, if you like, your clients. Site training can be done on video call or in person in select cities.
Implementation & data
How long does setup take?
Most firms are live on their first project in about two weeks. We import your drawings and BOQ, set up your stages and rate library, and invite your team.
Can we import our existing BOQs and rate lists?
Yes, from Excel. Send us your current templates and we'll map them during setup.
Where is our data stored and who owns it?
You own your data and can export it at any time. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. [Confirm hosting provider and region.]
Does it work when the site has poor network?
Site engineers can record progress, photos and snags offline. Everything syncs once the phone reconnects.
